In a 2019 detailed Judgement, Delhi HC in my PIL, laid down the law that Slum Dwellers have \u2018Right to the City\u2019 &amp; cannot be Removed without prior Rehabilitation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cUnfortunately, the BJP &amp; AAP Governments have misled the Supreme Court by not informing them about the HC Judgement (Ajay Maken Vs. UOI) and obtained the Order for removal of slums by playing a fraud upon the Court.
