There are 6,28,747 active cases of COVID-19 in India.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The recovery rate among the coronavirus patients stands at 68.78%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A total of 43,379 coronavirus patients have lost their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) on Sunday said a total of 2,41,06,535 samples have been tested up to August 8 of which 7,19,364 samples were tested yesterday.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The coronavirus cases in India have crossed the 21-lakh mark as the country recorded over 64,000 cases.
