The total number of COVID-19 cases has jumped to 74,860 with\u00a02,587 fatalities, according to Health Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tamil Nadu continues to be the\u00a0second-worst hit state with\u00a025,872 Covid-19 cases and 208 deaths, followed by Delhi with 23,645 cases and 606 deaths,\u00a0Gujarat \u2013 18,100 cases and\u00a01,122 fatalities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A total of 42,42,718 samples have been tested as on June 4, of which 1,39,485 samples have been tested in last 24 hours, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Around 6.5 million people have so far been affected by the deadly pandemic across the globe with over 3,80,000 deaths.
