All airports &amp; air carriers are being informed to be ready for operations from 25th May. SOPs for passenger movement are also being separately issued by @MoCA GoI,\u201d Hardeep Singh Puri tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Minister yesterday said the Centre alone cannot decide on resuming domestic flights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;It is not up to Ministry of Civil Aviation or centre alone to decide on resuming domestic flights.
