There are 51,401 active cases while 27,919 have been cured\/discharged, the Health Ministry said on Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Maharashtra has highest COVID-19 cases \u2013 27,524, followed by Tamil Nadu \u2013 9,674, Gujarat \u2013 9,591 and Delhi \u2013 8,470.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan yesterday said that the last three days\u2019 doubling time has slowed down to 13.9 days, while the doubling time in the past 14 days was 11.1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cTill Thursday, there are 14 States\/UTs that have not reported any cases of COVID-19 in last 24 hrs. i.e. A&amp;N Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Dadra &amp; Nagar Haveli, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Puducherry, Telangana.
