font-size: 14pt;\">The government will launch a special scheme within a month to facilitate easy access to credit, Sitharaman said at a press briefing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The credit facility will have an initial working capital of up to Rs 10,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The scheme will support nearly 50 lakh street vendors and will provide liquidity of Rs 5,000 crore, the Minister said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">She further said migrant workers will get free food grains for the next two months to help them cope with the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Free Food grain supply to Migrants for 2 months<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">About 8 crores migrants to benefit from this<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Rs 3500\u00a0Crore will be spent on this intervention for 2 months<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Migrants who are neither NFSA or state card beneficiaries in the states they are stationed in, will be provided 5 kg of grains per person and 1 kg chana per family per month for two months, she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sitharaman further announced\u00a0Rs 30,000 crore\u00a0additional emergency working capital funding for\u00a0farmers\u00a0through NABARD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cTo benefit around 3 crore farmers, mostly small and marginal farmers, Government announces Rs 30,000 crores Additional Emergency Working Capital Funding through NABARD,\u201d the Minister said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To create job opportunities for Tribals \/Adivasis -Plans worth Rs 6000 crores to be approved shortly under Compensatory Afforestation Management &amp; Planning Authority (CAMPA) Funds, she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">One Nation One Ration Card &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;A technology driven system to be used enabling\u00a0migrants to access public distribution system from any fair price shop in India by March 2021.\u00a0Migrant families are not able to access food in other states.\u00a0This scheme will be enable migrant beneficiary to access Public Distribution System (PDS) from any fair price shop in the country.\u00a067 crore beneficiaries in 23 states covering 83 per cent of PDS population.\u00a0All states will complete full fair price shop (FPS) automation by March 2021,&#8221;
