He says his son developed symptoms on March 28.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, the administration is racing against time to trace the contacts of the infected persons and increase testing.
