However,\u00a0the court refused to accept former AAP leader\u2019s request to surrender, saying the case was\u00a0not within its jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ankit Sharma, who had been missing since Tuesday evening, was recovered from a drain near Jafarabad on Wednesday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">His father Ravinder Sharma, who is also an IB employee, blamed Hussain and his supporters for the death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On Tuesday, Tahir Hussain had moved a Delhi court seeking anticipatory bail.
