The Apex Court has already rejected the curative petitions of the remaining three.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On February 17, a Delhi Court had issued fresh death warrants against the four convicts- Vinay Sharma, Akshay Thakur, Pawan Gupta and Mukesh Singh which orders their hanging on March 3 at 6am.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">All four men were convicted and sentenced to death for raping a 23-year-old paramedic student in a moving bus in the national capital on the intervening night of December 16-17, 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">She passed away at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore while undergoing the treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the curative petition of one of the four death row convicts, Pawan Kumar Gupta in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.
