We will take it up on Monday. We will be in a better position by then,\u201d the Bench said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When the petitioner said that voting for the Delhi Assembly Elections is scheduled for February 8 and that postponement meant the case would be heard after the election was complete, to which the bench said, \u201cThat is exactly why we are saying, come on Monday.
