Landmark laws were passed in 2019,\u201d said President Kovind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;My government is clearly of the view that mutual discussions and debates further strengthen democracy.
