America &amp; world cannot afford war,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On January 3, General Qassem Soleimani, the head of Iran\u2019s elite Quds Force was killed in an airstrike at Baghdad\u2019s international airport.
