These international customer satellites are being launched under a commercial arrangement with New Space India Limited (NSIL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201c#PSLVC48 carrying #RISAT2BR1 &amp; 9 customer satellites successfully lifts off from Sriharikota,\u201d ISRO tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAll 9 customer satellites(from Israel, Italy, Japan and USA) successfully placed in their designated orbit by #PSLVC48,\u201d ISRO added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The launch\u00a0marked a significant milestone for the space agency \u2013 the 50th flight of the PSLV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">RISAT-2BR1, a Radar imaging earth observation satellite weighing about 628 kg was placed into an orbit of 576 km at an inclination of 37 degree.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">PSLV-C48 is the 2nd\u00a0flight of PSLV in &#8216;QL&#8217; configuration (with 4 strap-on motors).
