So far nine bodies have been recovered, sources said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Rains lashed many parts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on Sunday and is likely to continue to hammer parts of the state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">With several areas waterlogged, schools and colleges will remain shut today at several places in Tamil Nadu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In view of heavy rainfall forecast, examinations of Anna University and Madras University have been postponed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services said it was fully prepared to deal with any flood-related issues.
