The Court in its judgement also said that 5 acres of alternate land will be given to the Muslim side to build the mosque. The central government has been given the responsibility to form trust and construct the temple.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The court has said in its judgement that the Muslim side failed to prove their claim on the land.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The Supreme Court said that ownership cannot be granted on the basis of faith.
