Women drivers too have been exempted from the plan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On November 2, the Delhi government had announced that the timings of government offices will change during the Odd-Even scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">As per the official order, 21 government departments will function from 9:30 am to 6 pm, while the working hours of other 21 offices have been changed from 10.30 am to 7 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the pollution level increased in Delhi, the odd-even scheme kicked in on Monday from 8am.
