They must emphasize on teamwork and take everybody along and recognize everybody\u2019s contribution. And while they do so, they must lead and be a role-model.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThey must also encourage greater people\u2019s participation in socio-economic programmes, especially where they are dealing with mindsets and attitudes,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">President Kovind said that administration is no more about \u201cus\u201d and \u201cthem\u201d, but only about \u201cus\u201d and \u201cus together\u201d. The gap between government and people must go.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">He said that officers\u2019 approach should be people-sensitive and people-centric.
