This then led to a scuffle between the two sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, the matter was de-escalated later and disengaged fully after delegation-level talks.
