He was the Dakshina Kannada district deputy commissioner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Senthil, a 2009 batch IAS officer, is the second to announce his decision to resign from the bureaucracy over the last month.
