Once I meet him, return and report to the Court, I will make a more detailed statement,\u201d Yechury said in a tweet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jammu and Kashmir has been under strict restrictions since the government announced its decision to abrogate Article 370 on August 5.
