This includes the downgrading of our diplomatic relations,\u201d the foreign ministry said in a statement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The intention behind these measures is obviously to present an alarming picture to the world of our bilateral ties.
