Keeping in view of the seriousness of the incident, the Commission issued notices to the Chief Secretary and Director General of Police, UP and District Collector and SP of Sonbhadra District to send factual and action taken report in the matter. The Commission has also decided to visit the place of incident, meet the family members of deceased and injured persons and to hold meeting with the Administrative and Police officers in the District,&#8221; it added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;Accordingly, a team of National Commission for Scheduled Tribes comprising of Dr Nand Kumar Sai, Chairperson Maya Chintamn Ivnate, Member S. K. Ratho, Joint Secretary to Govt. of India and R.K. Dubey, Assistant Director will visit Sonbhadra District to inquire into the incident,&#8221; it said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;The team will visit Umbha village in the forenoon of July 22 and meet the victims. In the afternoon, the team will hold a meeting with Divisional Commissioner, Mirzapur, Addl.
