This cannot go on in a democratic set up governed by the Constitution of India,\u201d it said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;Though a message as contemplated under article 175 (2) is sent to the Speaker, I&#8217;m informed that the House is\u00a0adjourned today i.e. 18.07.2019.
