This is a bad judgement which seems to protect the defectors and encourages horse trading and also violating the doctrine of separation of powers,\u201d Congress leader Dinesh Gundu Rao had said in a tweet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sixteen MLAs of the Congress- JDS coalition have quit over the past two weeks.
