The court will hear the matter tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Apex Court also said that the security would be provided to the MLAs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The top court was hearing the plea of ten rebel MLAs alleging that Karnataka speaker was deliberately not accepting their letters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On Wednesday a group of rebel Congress-JD(S) MLAs approached the top Court alleging that Karnataka speaker had failed in his constitutional duty by not accepting their resignations.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court on Thursday asked 10 rebel Karnataka MLAs to appear before the Karnataka Assembly Speaker at 6 pm today and submit their resignations if they so wish.
