Hurriyat leaders are our own people,\u201d Khanna was quoted to have said by a local daily during a party function in Srinagar. &#8220;They are the residents of J&amp;K so they are most welcome to talk to us including the Prime Minister Narendra Modi but within the ambit of Indian constitution&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">He said the PM\u00a0 Modi was gradually creating a peaceful atmosphere in Kashmir so that \u201cthe trust of every single citizen of the state is won&#8221;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Earlier Hurriyat M chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq had expressed his willingness to join dialogue with the centre should an invite is extended. He said Hurriyat has\u00a0always believed that dialogue was a means for conflict resolution in the state.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mirwaiz&#8217;s response followed the Governor Satya Pal Malik&#8217;s claim at a function that Hurriyat had expressed its readiness to talk to the centre.
