To maintain the secrecy of Budget, there is a \u201clock-in\u201d of the officials involved in making the Budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">At the Halwa Ceremony, the Union Finance Minister was accompanied by the Union Minister of State for Finance &amp; Corporate Affairs, Anurag Thakur; S.C.Garg, Finance Secretary; A.B.Pandey, Revenue Secretary; \u00a0Rajiv Kumar Secretary, DFS, and Atanu Chakraborty, Secretary, DIPAM, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">P.C. Mody, Chairman, CBDT; P.K.
