He didn&#8217;t take the field due to the injury and Ravindra Jadeja fielded in his place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dhawan is being assessed by Patrick Farhart and specialists are being consulted to get a clear idea on his availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Due to the injury, Dhawan will not be able to play India\u2019s upcoming matches against New Zealand, Pakistan, Afghanistan, West Indies and England &#8211; which are all scheduled to be played in June.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">With Dhawan being ruled out with an injury, India will be forced to change Rohit Sharma&#8217;s opening partner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">India has so far seen comfortable win over South Africa and Australia.
