Well done!&#8221; Rahul Gandhi tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Congress leader\u00a0Ahmed Patel\u00a0said in a tweet that Modi has lowered the dignity of the prime minister\u2019s office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cNever seen a press conference where someone else is answering questions on your behalf. There was no need to lower the dignity of the office of the prime minister just to prove a point,\u201d Patel tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Modi, along with Amit Shah, held a press conference at the BJP headquarters a first for the Prime Minister since taking office five years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">PM Modi asserted that the BJP will return with full majority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cIt has not happened for a long time in the country that a government returns to power with absolute majority for second consecutive time,\u201d Modi Said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">During the press conference, PM Modi spoke about the election campaign but did not answer any question posed to him. Amit Shah answered them instead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Modi told reporters that he will not take questions as in BJP\u2019s system, discipline has to be followed, \u2018in our party, president is everything\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">BJP president Amit Shah took questions from the media and said, \u201cI have answered your question. It is not necessary for the PM to answer every question.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections has ended today.
