People stopped traffic an various roads to express their anger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The accused has been arrested by police. A special investigation team has been constituted for a speedy investigation of the incident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Kashmir has already observed a shutdown against the crime.
