The Centre is committed to provide all possible assistance in relief and rehabilitation measures underway.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Earlier, the PM Modi spoke to Naveen Patnaik and assured all possible help from the Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Over lakhs of people were evacuated from the vulnerable districts in Odisha ahead of Cyclone Fani\u2019s landfall in the state on Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">On Sunday, National Crisis Management Committee (NCMC) under the Cabinet Secretary P. K.
