He was arrested from Pipli in Haryana in December 2013 after two sisters from Surat filed rape complaints against him and his father Asaram.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">One of the women had accused Sai of repeated sexual assault when she was living at Asaram&#8217;s ashram in Surat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A Jodhpur court had convicted Narayan Sai&#8217;s father, Asaram in a rape case.
