ND Tiwari had not married Rohit Shekhar\u2019s mother before his birth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Rohit fought a long battle in court to prove that he was ND Tiwari&#8217;s son. A DNA test confirmed and the Delhi High Court declared ND Tiwari as his biological father in 2014.
