The agency had sought Malik\u2019s custodial interrogation in connection with a case related to funding of separatists and terror groups in Jammu and Kashmir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Malik was produced before special judge Rakesh Syal where the NIA arrested him inside the courtroom and sought 15-day custodial interrogation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The JKLF chief, who was shifted to Tihar jail, was taken into preventive custody in February by the Jammu and Kashmir police and shifted to Jammu&#8217;s Kot Balwal jail.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Delhi court on Wednesday sent Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief\u00a0Yasin Malik\u00a0to the custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) till April 22.
