If a renewal application is made, it will be listed before the judge of a High Court and dealt with at a hearing.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mallya had fled the country in 2016 after defaulting on loan payments\u00a0to the amount of Rs 9000 crore.
