In his petition, Kumar\u00a0 has alleged that three Kashmiri leaders &#8211; Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti &#8211; do not have faith in Indian Constitution and hence they and their parties, PDP and NC, should be barred from taking part in Lok Sabha election.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The petition said that the localities of the three leaders lie somewhere else and not in Indian Constitution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In response to the petition, the PDP leader and the former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti\u00a0 expressed her anger\u00a0 in a tweet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cWhy waste time in court. Wait for BJP to scrap Article 370. It will automatically debar us from fighting elections since Indian constitution won\u2019t be applicable to J&amp;K anymore. Na samjho gay tou mit jaouge aye Hindustan walo.
