My information led to killing of four militants. I was in contact with an (army) major. He promised to give me Rs 60 thousand but instead gave me two weed cigarettes,\u201d Dar is heard telling the militants on video.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Soon after this, his captors killed him.
