Army on Tuesday said that the Jaish-e-Mohammad leadership in the Valley has been eliminated in less than 100 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The announcement was made by Corps Commander Lt Gen KJS Dhillon of the Chinar Corps in a joint press conference with J&amp;K police and CRPF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8220;I would like to inform that in less than 100 hours, we have eliminated Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) leadership in the valley, which was being handled by\u00a0JeM\u00a0from\u00a0Pakistan,&#8221; Dhillon said a day after eliminating\u00a0Pulwama\u00a0terror attack&#8217;s masterminds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dhillon said, \u201cWe have eliminated the top commander who carried out the Pulwama attack.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">KJS Dhillon also warned that \u201canyone who has picked up a gun in Kashmir will be killed and eliminated\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">He urged mothers in Kashmir to ensure their sons abandon militancy. \u201cIn a Kashmiri society, a mother has a great role to play. I would request the mothers of Kashmir to please request their sons who have joined terrorism to surrender and get back to the mainstream. Anyone who has picked up the gun will be killed and eliminated unless he surrenders.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">According to Dhillon, security forces had been tracking the top leadership of the JeM since the February 14 bombing in south Kashmir\u2019s Pulwama district.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On Monday, three JeM terrorists were killed in an encounter at Pinglan in Pulwama district.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Days after 40 CRPF personnel were killed in one of the deadliest terror attacks in the Kashmir\u2019s Pulwama district.
