He would be produced before court in Pune later in the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On Friday, Additional Sessions Judge Kishor Vadane observed while pronouncing the judgement that sufficient material was collected by an investigating officer to show the involvement of the present accused in the alleged commission of the offence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">According to police, Maoists had supported the Elgar Parishad conclave that was held on December 31, 2017 in Pune.
