Area-wise data is requested,\u201d said the order, issued by SM Sahai, additional secretary NSCS on January 14.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The NSCS has also sought data of immovable property belonging to Kashmiri migrants in the custody of the J&amp;K government.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It has sought &#8220;area-wise details of distress sales and alienation of immovable properties of Kashmiri migrants in the Kashmir valley since 1990s,\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Now\u00a0 all the deputy commissioners of the Valley have been directed by the Divisional Commissioner,\u00a0 Kashmir\u00a0 to furnish the data on immovable properties of Kashmiri migrants within three days.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The NSCS advises the Prime Minister&#8217;s Office on matters of national security and strategic interest.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a significant decision, the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) has\u00a0 sought area-wise details of landholdings and immovable property possessed by\u00a0 Kashmiri migrants in\u00a0 Kashmir valley in the 1990s.\u00a0 \u201cCurrent landholdings and immovable property of Kashmiri migrants in the Kashmir valley, who are settled in other parts of J&amp;K and rest of India.
