He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAfter receiving specific information about the presence of wanted criminal in Bachhraon area, a team of police went after him and asked him to surrender, the criminal fired at the police in which one of the constable Harsh Chaudhary got injured. He was taken to the hospital where he died during the treatment,\u201d said senior police officer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In the retaliatory fire, the criminal Shivavtar also sustained bullet injury and later died at the hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced ex-gratia of Rs 40 lakh to the wife and Rs 10 lakh for the parents of the deceased constable.
