I welcome all national leaders, supporters and lakhs of people to participate in today&#8217;s rally to pledge to build a stronger, progressive and united India,\u201d Mamata Banerjee tweeted in the morning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Although Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi is unlikely to turn up at the rally.
