He was on the run for about a month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Violence erupted in Bulandshahr on December 3 after cow carcasses were found strewn outside a village.
