The police must be on alert 12 hours before it is ready to begin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">BJP had moved the court on Monday after the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) government had denied it permission, for the second time, to hold the yatras.
