It also said that their names cannot be used at public rallies or on social media platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;Police or forensic authorities cannot disclose the names of sexual assault survivors either, even with the parents&#8217; consent,\u201d it said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;The identity of minor rape victims cannot be disclosed even by their families,\u201d it added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The apex Court ruled on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed before it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A bench of Justices Madan B. Lokur, Deepak Gupta and S.
