Leaders exchanged views on Indo Pacific, maritime and connectivity issues.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Prime Minister Modi, terming the India-US-Japan partnership as &#8220;JAI&#8221; and elaborated its glorious meaning in Hindi. Modi said, \u201cBoth countries are our strategic partners, If I put it differently, Japan, America and India are JAI. In Hindi, &#8216;JAI&#8217; means success. This sends a good message.\u201d He further said the partnership between the three nations would long way in ensuring world peace and prosperity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cJAI (Japan, America, India) trilateral marks the coming together of three friendly nations. Today&#8217;s historic JAI meeting was a great beginning. PM @AbeShinzo, @POTUS and I held fruitful talks aimed at furthering connectivity, maritime cooperation and a stable Indo-Pacific,\u201d Prime Minister Modi tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Modi said that he was glad as both US and Japan are India\u2019s strategic partners. \u201cBoth the leaders, Trump and Abe have been my good friends.
