The Metro project in Delhi is a global success,&#8221; union minister added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Central Pollution Control Board recorded the overall air quality index of Delhi at 366.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Environment Pollution Control Authority, appointed by apex court has urged Delhiites to use public transport for the first 10 days of November when the air quality of the national capital is likely to further deteriorate.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In view of the worsening air quality in Delhi-NCR the Delhi Metro announced that it will increase the number of trains on its network to fight the menace of air pollution in the city.
