Tomorrow, I am filing a criminal defamation suit for maximum damages against you for frivolous and malafide statements,&#8221; Chouhan said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday gave explanation over his statement and said that he got confused because of multiple scams in BJP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;There is so much corruption in the BJP that I got confused. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister was not in Panama scam but was involved in the e-tendering and Vyapam scam,&#8221; Rahul Gandhi said on Tuesday, clarifying the\u00a0comments he made at public meeting on Monday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Congress President had said, \u201cOn one side, you have the watchman and on the other side you have &#8216;\u00a0mamaji&#8217;. The name of the son of &#8216;mamaji&#8217; figured in\u00a0Panama\u00a0Papers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThe name of former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif appeared in\u00a0Panama\u00a0Papers. In a country like Pakistan, he was jailed.
