K. Kaul and Justice K. M. Joseph had issued the order and also set aside Delhi HC order of quashing Navlakha&#8217;s transit remand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Delhi HC had released Navlakha from house arrest on October 1. The HC had quashed the order of his transit remand issued by a chief metropolitan magistrate, Saket. A bench of justices S Muralidhar and Vinod Goel had canceled the transit on the ground that there were grave procedural irregularities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Counsel representing the state government said that following this a plea challenging the order of the Delhi HC was filed in the apex court by the Maharashtra government. The government had argued that the accused has been arrested for involving in grave offenses under UAPA.
