The plea sought a restraint on centre&#8217;s decision to deport them to Myanmar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The SC bench, headed by Chief Justice Gogoi, make it clear to lawyers at the outset that it will not allow urgent mentioning of matters till the framing of &#8220;parameters&#8221; on such cases, said that it would take a decision on urgent hearing in this issue after perusing the application.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court on October 4 refused to interfere in the Centre\u2019s decision to deport seven Rohingya men detained by police from Cachar central jail in Assam&#8217;s Silchar District where they were under detention since 2012 to Myanmar.
